AI foundations for business
Build a shared understanding of what the tools can do, where they can fail and how to recognise a useful task to try.
Help your team turn interest in AI into useful everyday habits. Dragon AI provides practical workshops and adoption support built around your people, their tasks and the tools your organisation approves.
Plan training for your teamSome people are already experimenting. Others are unsure where to start, what they are allowed to share or how to tell whether an answer is reliable. A generic demonstration rarely resolves the questions that appear during a real working day.
We build AI training around tasks your team recognises. People practise giving useful context, reviewing results and knowing when to stop or ask for help. Managers get a clearer view of suitable uses, limitations and the support needed for adoption to last.
Build a shared understanding of what the tools can do, where they can fail and how to recognise a useful task to try.
Practise relevant activities such as drafting customer communications, preparing meeting notes or reviewing internal documents with appropriate example material.
Explore how to assess proposed uses, set expectations, ask about evidence and support the people introducing new ways of working.
Combine an introduction with written guidance, internal champions and follow-up sessions that address what happens after the workshop.
A customer service team tries AI for email drafts, but instructions vary, tone is inconsistent and people are unsure what information they can include.
Using approved example material, the team practises a repeatable drafting method, checks each response against a review guide and knows which requests need a person from the outset.
Work through a familiar task and explain the choices being made.
Let participants try, compare and improve the result themselves.
Spot missing facts, inappropriate assumptions and the need for a human decision.
An illustrative engagement. We agree the actual scope, access and success measures with your business.
The engagement has a clear scope and a tangible handover. We agree the deliverables before work starts.

Questions about your own setup?
Let’s talk it through
No. We agree the starting level before designing the session. Introductory workshops can focus on everyday business tasks and clear explanations. More experienced groups can work on deeper workflows and evaluation.
We scope training around the tools your organisation has approved or is evaluating. Their features, account settings and availability affect the exercises. Tool selection can be included as a separate consultancy step if you have not decided what to use.
Yes, with suitable material agreed in advance. Sanitised or synthetic examples are often enough to make a session relevant. We review what can be shared with the chosen tool before including internal or personal information in an exercise.
We can plan remote sessions for teams across the UK and discuss in-person workshops, including in Wales. Group size, format, location and follow-up requirements are agreed before the engagement.
We agree learning outcomes and use practical tasks to see whether participants can apply them. A follow-up can review usage, recurring problems and the quality of outputs. Attendance alone does not show whether a new way of working has been adopted.
These are practical business workshops. We do not present them as an accredited qualification. The focus is on skills your team can apply in its work, with the learning goals and materials agreed beforehand.
