Product and service guidance
Answer questions using approved product information, explain important differences and link customers to the relevant page.
Help customers find an answer, understand your services and reach the right person. We build AI chatbots around your actual information and customer journeys, with a straightforward handover when the conversation needs your team.
Plan your customer assistantA chat window is only useful if it helps someone complete a task. We start with the questions your team receives, the information customers struggle to find and the situations that need personal attention. An existing support platform may already cover the requirement; custom development should earn its place.
For a custom assistant, we agree its content, tone, supported journeys and escalation rules. We test what it does with ambiguous questions, outdated information and requests outside its scope. A visible route to a person remains part of the experience.

Collect the minimum useful details for a quote or consultation, then prepare a structured handover to the right team.
Identify the type of request, offer approved guidance and escalate account-specific or unresolved issues with conversation context.
Where suitable APIs and identity checks exist, retrieve permitted order or booking information without exposing another customer’s records.
A customer sends “Can you help?” and waits while your team gathers the service, location and requirements over several emails.
An assistant answers the initial service question and asks relevant follow-ups. With the customer’s chosen contact details, the agreed integration creates a clear enquiry for review.

Transfer the question and collected details through an agreed, tested route.

Let’s talk it through
We compare both. An existing product can be sufficient for a standard help centre. A custom build may be useful when you need a particular customer journey, unusual integration, specific access controls or an interface inside your own product.
Language models can produce incorrect statements. We reduce that risk through scoped content, retrieval, evaluation and escalation rules, then monitor actual conversations. We do not promise that grounding or citations eliminate every error.
Yes, where a supported integration is available and included in the scope. We agree required fields, validation, duplicate handling and what the customer is told about the handover. A chat interface alone does not establish a working CRM connection.
Those actions need appropriate authentication, permissions and business rules. A sensible first version may prepare a request for your team. Any direct action is separately scoped and tested, including approval and failure behaviour.
We check the website platform, available integration points and accessibility requirements. The aim is to fit the assistant into your customer journey; replacing the whole website is not a prerequisite.
Content preparation, channel requirements, systems integration, authentication, testing and ongoing usage determine the scope. We explain the implementation cost and recurring services separately before you decide.
